... as much as i did last week. i'm learning to insist on breaks. a break you don't take is time you give away free.

our electronics dept, which i cover, has 8 call buttons. if one goes off, my LOD freaks, though i score high in guest services and sales. no excuses are accepted. i don't take breaks or drink liquids so i won't need the bathroom during my shift, just to try to keep my area covered.

does anyone have any tips or hints for keeping the call buttons going off?
